With our new home maintenance service, we are able to offer a wide range of services carried out in your home. We employ our own maintenance staff, who have been fully security and CRB checked.
All work is invoiced by LK’s Accounts Office therefore; no cash is paid to any member of our maintenance team. Once we receive a customer call, we will arrange a visit to your home to see what your work needs are. We will then give you a quote and confirm this in writing within 24 hours. Our office will provide you with written Terms & Conditions, confirmed date when work can be done and whether or not a deposit will be required. You will be given the name of the team member/s that will be carrying out the work and they will show you their ID’s upon arrival at your home. A week before your requested work is scheduled, we will send out our invoice or in the case of you not being the bill payer, an acknowledgement letter with a digital scanned photo of the maintenance staff / member or team that will be working in your home.
