Elise is a qualified nurse and midwife with a B.Sc degree in Health Studies from the University of Surrey. Elise is qualified to teach adults in further education, as well as an NVQ assessor and a practice assessor for social work students from three universities. She worked as a senior manager in the Health Service for 27 years and during this time she undertook many studies and professional visits overseas. Elise was also one of seven UK professionals, who prior to the move from NHS to trust status, undertook an exchange study between the University of East Oregon USA and the University of East London. Elise developed her interest in elderly care at Surrey University and since leaving the NHS, has devoted her time teaching and training in that area. She was also involved in the training and development of the home care services for one of the London Boroughs. Elise heads the home care services and her experience and leadership has gained her the respect of service users, staff, colleagues and all those who come into contact with her.
David Law-Kwang

David worked as a Day Services Manager for a local NHS Trust providing a range of services and offering daytime occupation to people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Challenging Behaviour. He enjoyed his time working in the NHS and was heavily involved in the assessment and resettlement of clients, from long stay institutional care into community settings. Now, as head of recruitment and marketing, David prides himself as being able to read the employment market, matching the right person for the right job. Previous experience has taught David that it is the personal touch that motivates service users and staff to remain with the company. He is very much a “hands on” person and heads a highly motivated team of administrators and management team.
