Our recruitment and selection of care staff is a top priority for LK. Using the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) Disclosure Service, each member of care staff is thoroughly vetted and deemed suitable to work in the care field. All staff has at least one year experience working in care and have completed or are working to gain at least NVQ Level 2.

Our training and education section is staffed and managed by a team of Nurse training consultants and lectures. These consultants and Nurse Clinicians cover a wide range of Health & Social care topics, which are current, relevant and essential for our care staff to provide professional quality care to our service users.
